isaac intranet - your office, anywhere!
With more small businesses looking to create efficiencies in office-space costs, leading to remote locations for some workers, and the need to standardize common business management, communications and file management software tools, CMAG offers our intranet-extranet solution - isaac (integrated system for access-anywhere communications)

The intranet concept is an "internet-like" usage of your local-area-network. You add a server that is more than a file server. Through web browser access, you connect to applications, content and your shared file resources in a uniform user interface that all staff can be trained on and grow with as the needs of the business change. The extranet concept is only slightly different. All the same tools of the intranet are available to remote locations via a secure internet connection.
isaac is organized in three application groups and presents a single browser-based interface to all (authorized) staff for most common business software functions. The application groups are; Management, Exchange and Library.
Management Applications: Calendar (month/week/day) Company/Contact, Project/Task
Exchange Applications: Email, Forum, Message/Meet, Fax, File Transfer
Library Applications: Content Editor: (internal and external web pages), Resource Library, File Archives
CMAG delivers this suite in a turn-key single server package complete with RAID 1 hard-drives for data integrity and an optional tape-backup system for off-site data security. All server system software is open-source and much of the isaac system is built on open source foundations with significant integration and complementary elements from the custom programming team at CMAG.
The result is a cost-effective, robust data management system for your small business. CMAG provides complete installation, training and ongoing system support for one manageable monthly cost. Contact our sales staff to discuss an isaac solution for your business needs. Complete online demo available on request.
